I was up early this morning and decided to take the 5 minute drive to Split Rock State Park to get some photos before anyone else would be in them. It’s quiet and peaceful in the early morning hours. Wasn’t the best day for pictures if you can call any day here bad! The nice part about our Inn is that it’s only 5 short minutes away from Split Rock. This is the island below the lighthouse. There are rock statues along the shoreline that visitors like to build.
